In a few weeks I’m going to launch The Leadership Club, a place for managers, owners and leadership teams to get the information and inspiration they need to become better leaders.
What is The Leadership Club (TLC)?
It’s a coaching and development space for real estate managers, owners and leadership teams.
I’m launching TLC because leaders need a dedicated, focused resource to help them handle the current and future changes in the industry.
I want to share 33+ years of experience, lessons and learning helping leaders navigate changes like the ones you face today
TLC is a place where leaders can ask tough questions, try new ideas, learn core skills, interact with other leaders, learn to manage change and benefit from practices that are proven to work.
TLC will coach leaders to:
Navigate the Four Phases of Change in themselves, their people and their firms.
You and your people go through Four Phases of Change every time.
No system, tool, technology or plan works if you cannot fit them into the human needs of the Four Phases. Great leaders learn to do “change, managed” using the Four Phases model to lead their people every time.
TLC will also help you:
Strengthen your Emotional Intelligence and Interpersonal Leadership Skills.
Develop and apply proven leadership strategies for analyzing opportunities, maximizing strengths, creating growth plans and driving results.

A weekly Leadership Group Coaching call on Mondays, at 9am PST.
👉 This is the heart of your TLC subscription. Each session is an open-ended, diagnostic coaching hour on current topics and everything you ask. It’s live, real-time coaching. Watch others receive coaching, too.
Sessions are recorded, edited and posted here for repeat learning.

A weekly Leadership Action post with techniques for handling current issues facing real estate leaders and driving growth using the Four Phases of Change model.
Periodic Leadership Learning Webinars that go deeper into specific practices like on emotional intelligence, communications, great meetings, strategic planning, technology, sales models, consumer trends and profitable operations.

Who can participate in TLC?
The Leadership Club is for managers, owners, training directors, technologists, marketing officers and people who are on the path to leadership (management candidates).
It’s heavily focused on real estate brokers/owners, Association leadership, franchise groups, MLS executives, industry training and technology firms. Leaders in other sectors are welcome because the lessons are transferable. But to be clear, we’ll definitely have a real estate sector concentration.
TLC won’t be a place for sales agents to participate. For that help, please visit my Always Inspiring substack, with plenty of content, webinars and support available for salespeople.
Pricing and Benefits
The Leadership Club (TLC) is $199/month for individuals.
If you have a group of 2-5 people, we have a 20% bundled price (email me for the group sign up link).
If you have 6-20 people it’s $999/month of the group;
Above 21, we have a “capped” at $1999/month for your entire team. (email me for the link).
There’s a discount for annual purchase.
If you become a Founder, you receive two personal 60-minute coaching calls during your subscription (plus some goodies we’ll incorporate after launch).
Subscription Details….
You may join any and all of the weekly coaching calls and periodic webinars while you are a current, paid subscriber.
You can cancel at any time, and join calls for the remainder of your access period. Free subscribers can read a limited set of articles on the site and receive periodic emails, plus attend one, free trial week of the coaching call.
Your membership is for you, individually. While I cannot prevent someone from watching over your shoulder, I ask that you not display the coaching calls to a larger group. I’ll be focused on your questions and growth. Should you wish to help more than one person at your firm, I offer a bundled group rate.
Use of recordings, podcasts, videos and recorded webinars are for your personal improvement.
I don’t permit individual transcription or recording of the coaching calls. I want sessions to be open, authentic spaces where you can dive into deep growth issues. In some cases, I may edit conversations before posting the recording for confidentiality purposes (a good reason to join the sessions live on Mondays).
Who is Matthew Ferrara?
I’m been a practicing consultant, keynote speaker, trainer and coach in the real estate industry since 1991. I opened my first training and technology firm to help brokerages integrate technology, marketing and internet tools into their business. I delivered workshops at local, state and national levels for a decade, and eventually for some of the largest companies in the world.
I built and operated the largest real estate technical support call center from 2001 and 2010 and launched major technology initiatives for companies and Associations involving thousands of webinars, recordings, calls, chat sessions and live training nationwide. We offered video and online webinars long before YouTube or Zoom existed.
I’m an author/faculty for more than two dozen certifications, training workshops and world-class leadership programs including Anywhere’s Ascend: Executive Leadership Experience, Accelerate, and Leading Real Estate Companies of the World’s Maestro program.
My clients include companies, franchises and independent brokerage networks including Anywhere Real Estate, Coldwell Banker, Century 21, ERA Real Estate, Sotheby’s International Realty, Corcoran Real Estate, Better Homes & Gardens, Berkshire Hathaway Home Services, Re/Max, and Engel & Volkers, as well as the biggest independent network Leading Real Estate Companies of the World.
