A weekly Leadership Group Coaching call on Mondays, at 9 am PST (60 min).
👉 This is the heart of your TLC subscription. Featuring open-ended, diagnostic coaching on current topics and anything you wish to ask. It’s also collaborative coaching, as colleagues in TLC offer their suggestions and experiences from markets and firms across the industry.
Plus, sessions are recorded for repeat learning, with notes, resources, links and summary transcripts.
What else is included in TLC?
A weekly Leadership Actionable email with current tips for handling issues facing leaders driving growth, featuring the Four Phases of Change model.
Quarterly Leadership Deep-Dive Webinars. Intense learning on specific practices like emotional intelligence, communications, financial operations, growth strategies, technology, sales models, consumer trends and personal growth.
The Leadership Club™ is also for people on the path to leadership (management/leadership candidates).
TLC has many different kinds of members, including broker/owners, Association leadership, franchise groups, MLS executives, industry training and technology firms. Leaders in other sectors are welcome because the lessons are transferable.
To be clear, we’ll definitely have a real estate sector concentration.

Free subscribers receive limited access to the site and the first half of our weekly newsletters.
Membership is individual. Please don’t display coaching calls to a larger group. Use the opportunity to focus on your growth.

I don’t permit transcription, downloading or recording of the coaching calls or webinars. I want to keep sessions open, authentic and low-stress spaces to dive into growth issues. In some cases, we edit recordings for confidentiality purposes (a good reason to join the sessions live on Mondays).
Who is Matthew Ferrara?
I have been a business consultant, keynote speaker, trainer and coach in the real estate industry since 1991. I opened my first training and technology firm helping brokerages integrate technology, marketing and internet tools. I have delivered thousands of workshops at local, state and national levels worldwide.
Between 2001 and 2010, I built and operated the largest real estate technical support call center and webinar training firm offering thousands of webinars, videos and live training sessions worldwide. We offered online learning long before YouTube or Zoom existed!
I’m an author and faculty for more than two dozen leadership certifications, management training workshops and world-class executive development programs including Anywhere’s Ascend: Executive Leadership Experience, Accelerate, and Leading Real Estate Companies of the World’s Maestro program.
Clients include companies, franchises and independent brokerages including Anywhere Real Estate, Coldwell Banker, Century 21, ERA Real Estate, Sotheby’s International Realty, Corcoran Real Estate, Better Homes & Gardens, Berkshire Hathaway Home Services, Re/Max, and Engel & Volkers, as well as the largest global independent brokerage network, Leading Real Estate Companies of the World.
I’ve worked with firms in 49 states, including Howard Hanna, Windermere, Weichert, Long & Foster, Crye Leike, Michael Saunders & Co., Lyons Real Estate, and hundreds of others. I’ve advised REALTOR Associations and MLS groups. My international experience includes working in 30 countries, from London to Shanghai, Berlin to Rome, and Tokyo to Sydney.
Since the pandemic, I’ve expanded my training with a high-definition video studio in Las Vegas, and deliver live keynotes and retreats worldwide annually.
