This week’s recording, notes, and resources from The Leadership Club™ (TLC) Monday Mastermind
This week’s Insight: Stress Revisited
We live in interesting times. Hard to imagine five years ago we were deep in a pandemic. Three years ago the economy cooled from record highs. This week brings fresh concerns, political, economic and social. So it’s important to remind ourselves that we’re designed for turbulence, especially in the Real Estate industry.
Our TLC Call covered a few ways to handle the stress and anxiety that you as a leader or your teams might be experiencing due to our interesting times. Here are some ideas I thought might help:
Defining the difference between stress and anxiety
Using the Five Whys Method to clarify just what’s causing anxiety
The CIA Method for reducing stress and increasing control
Below are a few clips and resources from the mastermind. You can also watch the full episode at the top of the page.
