The conditions of the real estate market in the recent past have proven to be a bit abnormal, and there have been agents who have been riding the wave of the multiple offers, sold-in-24-hours, and homes as-is for their known career.
But since that wave has passed and the seas of the market have calmed, some of these agents maybe feeling a bit bummed that leads, listings, and business isn’t rushing in.
