Some leadership questions aren’t about competition or technology or markets. They’re about values, ethics, and culture. This week we had a great discussion about Values and Culture and how turning our focus to the development and implementation of these has proven far more effective than any strategy of growth.
As you're developing yourself and as you are making decisions about what to do competitively, technologically, with respect to policies that are happening within the industry and reacting to things that are happening to the industry, such as the changes in the last two years, they're all questions as much of character as they are of strategy.
What Leaders Should Do Today: The 3 P’s
There are three P’s that leaders should do today to not only create growth and gains, but also do the kind of work that we are proud of:
Prove that we are values-driven
Promote our values
Protect those values
