Using our four-step process to explore your personal growth goals for the year ahead, participants got started on building their leadership confidence and competence this year.

The Growth Mindset of Vision:

  • Descrive what you hope to achieve as a leader by finishing this sentence as if it were already the end of the upcoming year. “I have become the kind of leader who…”

  • Then, identify 5 behaviors or traits you will need to develop to grow into the leader you envision for yourself. Follow the process in the full video carefully.

  • As you set your future picture of growth, be careful not to tall into the traps that often hold leaders back when establishing a strong vision.

  • Then, identify the first moves you can make, starting this week, to make progress towards becoming the leader you deserve to be.
