Descrive what you hope to achieve as a leader by finishing this sentence as if it were already the end of the upcoming year. “I have become the kind of leader who…”
Then, identify 5 behaviors or traits you will need to develop to grow into the leader you envision for yourself. Follow the process in the full video carefully.
As you set your future picture of growth, be careful not to tall into the traps that often hold leaders back when establishing a strong vision.
Then, identify the first moves you can make, starting this week, to make progress towards becoming the leader you deserve to be.
