TLC is Evolving in 2025!
As we are always growing as leaders, so is The Leadership Club. After listening to your feedback and carefully reflecting on 2024, we’re making some changes to TLC starting in January 2025.
2025 Scheduling Changes:
We will hold TLC Calls on the 1st and 3rd Mondays of the month
Calls will remain at 9 AM PST / 12 PM EST.
We will still send out email reminders with the Zoom Link.When we have a “bonus” Monday in the month (March 31, June 30, and Dec 29) we will have bonus content like Deep Dives or Open Mic formats
Changes to Format:
We will moving towards an “Effective Executive Model” where we focus on key disciplines and leadership traits in each session.
We will kick off each session with a 15-minute learning segment that focuses on these topics:
Leadership Mindset
Effective Disciplines
Personal Development
Developing Others
Healthy Organizations
Navigating Change
We will have shorter introductions each meeting and end with application, discussion, and coaching on that subject
We will continue to have “open-mic” on any issue you’re working on, too.
