This Week’s Mastermind Discussion
On this week’s call, we discussed the question: What have you done in the last 30 days to most effectively impact your people’s end-of-year performance as a leader? We considered topics like business planning, tools and technology, pipeline end-of-the-year sales, and encouraging personal improvement.
Participants shared their best ideas, including:
Hosting Ninja Selling business planning classes in-person, and on “webinar watch parties”, getting back to the basics and engaging with their SOI
Ensuring that business planning is in sync with a sales strategy for agents, marketing, technology and other departments
Reminding agents to review their value proposition by reflecting on their testimonials and reviews from the last year
They are reminding agents to update their CRM and database. Leverage the holidays to reach out and chat with their sphere, to fill in gaps in their records.
Focusing on listings that have not sold yet, to get them over the finish line before the end of the year
Provided a workbook for agents to assess and plan their goals for the next year (sample workbook kindly shared by one of our participants below)
Encouraging everyone to speed up when others are slowing down for the holidays
Making “pricing improvements” (great term!) to help stagnating listings to get fresh attention before the end of the year
Thanks to everyone for contributing their great ideas!
This Week’s Leadership Insight:
The Law of Limited Performance
The Law of Limited Performance states that people will gravitate towards what they believe is possible for them. We all have a “box” that we’ve put ourselves in that limits on how far and wide we believe we can succeed.
As leaders, it’s our job to help our people “expand” their box (not push them out of it) and see how much more they can bring into their box by expanding their mindset.
9 Ways to Break The Law of Limited Performance
To help people grow their personal paradigms for success, and “see” more than they currently believe possible for themselves, we learned 9 ways to break the Law of Limited Performance this week.👇👇👇
