This Week’s Mastermind Discussion
On this week’s call, we discussed the question: How are you conducting “strategic” assessments and planning for your organization?
Participants shared their best ideas, including:
End-of-the-year surveys for the organization:
Surveying what’s working/not working in coaching and training
What systems, tools, tech, products, and services are agents using
Evaluating tools and initiatives to identify improvements, eliminations or missing resources
Encouraging agents to assess/survey by showing we are doing the same thing
Survey in person as part of a lunch/meeting discussion
Use Jotform or Microsoft Forms
Share results with decision-makers to adjust action plans and budgets
Conducting Department specific surveys
Engaging Outside services like T360 or other consultants for objective views
Doing “Financial Fridays”:
Reviewing office/company financials based on growth priorities every week
Ensuring alignment between spending and strategic objectives
Comparing current financial performance to year-over-year or quarter-over-quarter trends to see trends and patterns
Thanks to everyone for contributing their great ideas to the Mastermind conversation!
