This Week’s Mastermind Discussion: The Power of Review
Our Mastermind Discussion centered on how leaders review and reflect on what 2024 has taught them. Thank you to the leaders who shared your insights:
Some participants are learning to slow down; evaluate the value and worth of their schedules and activities, and focus more on what will be remembered and have the best impact on the future.
Some TLC members learned they would prefer to be “a team player” rather than the “sole captain” of a ship all on their own.
Everyone agreed that being proactive this year is a big focal point for 2025.
Some leaders implemented ideas shared in previous TLC sessions, including the use of a “To-Done List” to celebrate everything their teams accomplished and use it as a springboard for continued growth.
The importance of realizing that while it might only be “3 items” that were completed, they were 3 BIG items that made an outsized impact on the organization.
