Revisiting talent management and recruiting efforts (00:21:05) - and adjust your Q3/Q4 action plan, use the MLS to hyper-monitor agents (especially buyer agents), reread the Retention Banking post, possible M&A opportunities and top agents who might be getting out of the business due to the new regulations on buyer agency.
Combatting Fear (00:31:20) - As leaders it’s important to know that it’s okay not to have all the answers, but the feeling of uncertainty can be risky for agents. Leading with calm, encouraging and optimistic attitude and language is key to helping agents move forward.
Be the voice of truth for this new future (00:52:30) - Now that the NAR changes have taken place start calling your local journalist to be a trusted experts in your local media/news. Another way is to visit qwoted.com.
